FAQs + Important Information

Thank you so much for purchasing from Dancing Grace Farm! We have to review some important information for all our product users to ensure proper use of our items.

All our products are made in small batches, so there will be variation from the photos posted on our website. None of our products are edible. Colored soaps may stain wash cloths, especially you are using a light colored wash cloth. If you experience a rash or reaction from any of our products, discontinue using them. If you have any skin sensitivities, it is wise to do a small spot test before utilizing a product. It is best practice, as with any bath product, to rinse yourself with clean water before exiting your tub or shower. If using a bath soak, bath bomb, tub tea, bubble scoop/bubble bar, etc. it is important to rinse off your tub to prevent any discoloration. As always, use caution and common sense when entering and exiting your tub or shower as bath products can be slippery. If utilizing a product in a glass bottle, use dry hands only to pour and then put product in a safe place to prevent it from falling and breaking. Due to the nature of bath products, we will not accept any returns but please contact us if there is an issue with your order. Keep out of reach of children. Our products are not "tear free" and you should keep out of eyes or sensitive areas. Adult supervision required when using products with children. Individual results will vary with use of our products. Our products do not claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problem and do not intend to substitute for medical advice. Please consult your health care provider if you have any questions regarding a health condition.

1. How long does it take to ship or deliver my products?

* As we are a very small business, our average processing time is approximately 5 business days from order to process to ship. We appreciate your patience!

2. How will my order ship? Is there insurance on the package?

*Our packages ship via USPS and have $50 of insurance included in the price. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact me. We are not responsible for lost orders and you will have to file a claim (using the provided tracking information) for the order.
